This Resilium On-line Claims lodgement facility enables you to lodge a Resilium Motor Vehicle claim direct to the Resilium Claims team for assessment.

Simply complete the on-line form and the information will be sent to the appropriate claims team.  Following receipt of your new claim, a Resilium Claims consultant will contact you within 24 business hours between 8am and 6pm EST.  Please indicate if you are happy to be contacted outside these hours.  A copy of the information that you have submitted will also be sent to your nominated email address and to your Resilium Adviser.

When the Resilium Claims consultant does contact you, they will need to confirm your identity before they will be able to discuss the claim with you.

When completing this new claim form, please supply at least two contact numbers to ensure the Resilium Claims consultant can contact you.
